Healing Hands Home Therapy is a therapist-owned home health company based in Los Angeles. We are seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping patients maximize their independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address deficits related to ADLs, IADLs, safety, cognition, and upper extremity function
- Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence and safety
- Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and compensatory strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active California OT license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Current physical exam and TB test
- Professional liability insurance
- Business license
Compensation: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
